We have an opportunity for a forward-thinking, communications and brand leader to join us on our journey. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leader will interact with the marketing and executive teams to drive a differentiated corporate narrative and launch programs to elevate Agorapulse’s brand, increase our audience and drive product awareness globally. Areas of responsibility include communications strategy, public relations, analyst relations, influencer program, social media, brand management, and awards.
Working to develop robust, integrated strategies that drive engagement and advocacy for Agorapulse, this talented individual will develop and manage a broad strategy to innovate and set world-class standards for social media marketing and corporate communications. They will partner with our in-house content team to develop sharable content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand for our SaaS-based social media marketing platform. This leader will be expected to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as well as leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities. They will partner with key social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand.
The ideal candidate will understand how to use social media to strategically build brands, create attention and generate user advocacy on a global scale. They will have developed highly creative social media marketing campaigns and will have demonstrated the ability to think big and implement innovative ideas in ways that create significant social sharing and PR attention. They will have a thorough understanding of the capabilities of social media, public relations, new jacking, influencer marketer and the ability to connect with a wide range of audiences, and how to use those capabilities to develop a range of strategies and content forms that social media users want to share with their networks. They will formulate and implement best-practices, mechanisms and measurement tools that provide enhanced opportunities to engage audiences and leverage the benefits of individual social media platforms, while demonstrating the ability to understand how social media activities can be integrated and activated through other traditional marketing activities in any given campaign or activity.
The right candidate must be able to work cooperatively with other internal stakeholders across Agorapulse, including business leads, product marketing and global teams, while helping to install the infrastructure for us to create at a rapid pace and test, deliver, learn and adapt. You will work closely with other team leaders within Agorapulse to coordinate and integrate social media strategies and tactics that provide opportunistic marketing opportunities for all stakeholders. The objective is to find fast, efficient, creative and effective ways to explore the multiple dimensions of social media, test new opportunities, and deliver them successfully. The ideal candidate will offer a unique blend of creative instincts, social media marketing aptitude, measurement and executive management skills.

What you will do:
- Build and execute a communications strategy that inspires and grows an audience among the SaaS community, and enhances Agorapulse’s brand reputation and trust.
- Create relationships and alliances with industry influencers that will help elevate our brand and drive awareness.
- Drive thought leadership efforts.
- Manage and leverage our analyst relations program.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated budget across campaigns and channels.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
- Work with agencies, publishers, platforms (directly and indirectly) and other partners with the goal to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative social media marketing plans that connect with prospects and customers, maximize engagement and create sharing, talk value and advocacy.
- Partner with our in-house Content team on the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between prospects, customers and the company and ensure a positive experience, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn with a goal of boosting brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
- Create and manage an editorial calendar mapped to business objectives, key announcements, and events. Lead the distribution strategy for content across social media to build audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Work collaboratively with Agorapulse teams across global regions to develop and execute creative ideas, plans and strategies.
- Provide inspirational and creative and thought leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
- Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope.
- Hire and supervise talented creatives, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
- Manage external agencies and publishing partners as necessary.
- Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
