Account Executive

Your mission
The Role:

We are looking for an energetic, well spoken, driven and people oriented Outbound Account Executive with a relentless work ethic and a proven track record of building world class pipelines and converting prospects. Agorapulse is a global organisation and this role is fully remote from North America. 

The successful candidate must have a proven track record for social selling, prospecting experience and can demonstrate historical revenue performance.

Responsibilities Include:

● Effectively prospect, nurture and manage your mid-market pipeline to close 
● Deliver a high level pipeline management
● Carry out in-depth discovery, analysis and conduct demos for prospects during the sales
cycle
● Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
● Provide timely and effective quotes to your prospects
● Work with your sales manager to provide reporting on your numbers and qualitative
feedback that is concise and actionable
● Collaborate with Customer Success and refer customers for a continued positive
experience
● Consistently gain and share insight from wins and losses with actionable feedback
● Consistently dedicate time to mastering your sales craft
● Establish yourself as a market and product expert
● Invest in your competitive intelligence to differentiate Agorapulse and drive conversions

$150k OTE 


Your profile
 ● Professional English
● 2+ years AE experience
● Team player
● Precise and effective time-management skills
● Effective listening skills followed up by any required action
● Skilled verbal and written communication
● Ability to build rapport with prospects and colleagues quickly
● Full Job ownership and autonomous
● Excited to be part of and lead as a strong IC in a founding GTM team
● Easily handles objections and rejections
