We are looking for an energetic, well spoken, driven and people oriented inside sales rep with a relentless work ethic and a proven track record of pleasing and converting prospects through an established inside sales process. This role is full remote and conducted via phone, web-ex and email.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record for social selling and prospecting experience.
Each inside sales rep will work with his/her manager to provide our prospects with a positive and helpful evaluation experience.
Effectively prospect and qualify inbound MQLs via a well established sales process
Build email sequences and prospect inbound marketing lists generated by the marketing team
Full cycle pipeline management. Prospect your own sales pipeline from a combination of inbound sources
Carry out in-depth discovery, analysis and demos for prospects during the sales cycle
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support with a challenger sales approach
Help prospects understand the competitive advantage and benefits of using Agorapulse
Provide timely and effective quotations to your leads
Negotiate skillfully where necessary
Work with your sales manager to provide up to date and timely reporting on your numbers and qualitative feedback that is concise and can be used by the sales, marketing and product teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and refer customers for a continued positive experience
Gain and share insight from wins and losses with actionable feedback delivered consistently and regularly to your sales manager
Consistently dedicate time to mastering your sales craft
