We are looking for a Senior Editor, Community with solid experience in the fields of communications and/or journalism—social media and community experience preferred, but not absolutely required.
The Agorapulse Community team recently embarked on a journey to build a massive, dynamic education and collaboration hub aimed at upskilling and enriching social media managers’ careers.
If you jump on board with us, you will be our news director—identifying audience needs and industry trends. You will create and manage detailed editorial calendars based on that research. And, finally, you will recruit and motivate creators (stepping in as one when necessary) to foster ongoing narratives.

Lead strategy to evolve multimedia content delivery and craft/maintain innovative, campaign-driven editorial calendars to nurture members on their paths to mastery across sub-communities focused on career guidance, adding and improving industry-specific skills, and conducting tactical social media experiments.
Monitor community feedback, dive into analytics, and engage with industry leaders to develop content strategies that will enhance participation and generate dialogue
Communicate and coordinate research insights/findings with education team to inform ongoing improvements to learning content
Maintain and grow a bank of content ideas
Recruit and nurture an always-growing team of contributors by working to understand their goals and tailoring contribution campaigns/ideas that help them achieve those goals
Build and develop a voice and style guide for the program
Manage a content advisory board and its knowledge base
Consult on community content organization (categorization, tagging, misplaced content, etc.)
Coordinate with social media and marketing teams to promote and publicize campaigns as they launch and mature
