Sales Enablement Manager (Remote)

Your mission

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Assist in building a world-class training and enablement strategy, including developing and measuring training programs rooted in a competency-based learning model

  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for both AE's and SDR's 

  • Track measurable outcomes such as attendance, satisfaction, content knowledge and comprehension.

  • Manage cross-functional efforts with Product and Marketing that directly impact the sales team.  Facilitating the education of the team on new and upcoming features/product improvements.

  • Use Klue to maintain and enhance competitive/market knowledge and ensure sales team adoption.

  • Develop new hire onboarding programs that decrease ramp time of incoming reps and partner with onboarding teams and leadership to ensure success.

  • Present weekly review of new releases and how that relates to converting business 

  • Exceptional relationship management with key stakeholders to understand and align with the needs of the sales team business challenges and to define enablement priorities 

  • Serves as a feedback source from the field to various teams with the sales and marketing organisation 

Your profile

Qualifications and Qualities 

  • 2+ years product marketing/sales enablement experience with content creation as a key component

  • Thrives in an environment of ambiguity, multiple competing deadlines, and easily adapts to change.

  • Sales training experience and qualifications

Strong leadership skills and confidence to align self awareness with the requirements of the team 

  • Strong verbal and written communicator.  And expert presentation capabilities.

  • Project management master. Ability to scope a complex project, communicate deliverables regularly, and execute against a work plan.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and identify opportunities to collaborate for the outcome of supporting sales growth 

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and tech stack 

  • Ability to combine and communicate technical and product knowledge into the customer facing team
