We’re looking for someone to manage our marketing efforts in France.
As the Senior Marketing Manager for France at Agorapulse, your mission is to:
increase the awareness of the brand on the French market (and other French speaking markets);
increase the number of sales qualified leads you provide to the sales team on a weekly basis.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth on the French speaking markets.
You will be working hand in hand with the other senior marketing managers in Europe. As of today, they are in the UK and in Germany, more regions will be added in the near future.
You will also work closely with the marketing team based in the US.
The position is based in France. Can be remote but 1 to 2 days a week in Paris will be required to have face time with the other members of the French marketing team.
The Business Development Manager must be a native French speaker with impeccable mastering of the English language.
The Senior Marketing Manager (France) will manage a Content & Social Manager and a junior marketer based in Paris. This team is expected to grow as the revenue will grow for that market.
Positioning within the company’s organization
The Senior Marketing Manager (France) will report directly to the VP Marketing (Europe).
The ultimate goal is to significantly grow the MRR originating from France and be the leader on the French market.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the French marketing team
Create and roll-out demand generation campaigns
Increase organic traffic with a dedicated SEO strategy
Create sales enablement assets the sales team can use to close more deals
Create and promote live seminars and webinars
Develop partnerships with influencers and other industry players
Leverage data in decision making to align our marketing and sales teams (i.e, help close more deals, not get more signups who never convert!).
Increase organic traffic
Optimizing the content for our personas, blogging to create a large catalog of helpful, persona-optimized content centered on our market niche.
Targeted paid marketing campaigns
Creating campaigns which increase brand visibility. These campaigns must focus on generating high-quality traffic, leads and conversion.
Live seminars & webinars
Activities shared with the Sales Manager. Web-based seminars that are taught live in real-time by the Country Manager and/or the Sales Manager... and/or an Ambassador.
Creating business relationships with strategic partners who can significantly impact our ability to attract our ideal clients.
Going beyond the "drive by" impression. Creating brand marketing & brand association.
Attending events related to social media marketing and/or SMEs. Being a speaker is a plus / a must. Being the topic is perfection --> Creating our events (virtual & IRL) is a major goal.
Getting positive reviews on business solutions review platforms (G2, TrustRadius, etc.).

Optimizing website and Content, SEO
Quality content through blog posts & leadership articles, internal links, perfect SEO (meta title, URL, description, long tail keywords...), backlinks / incoming links.
Online marketing ecosystem (influencers, bloggers, etc.)
Diving into the blogosphere: read, comment and link to other people’s sites and blogs.
Social Agency Scout
Adding a consequent amount of data to this free directory (powered by Agorapulse) populated with agencies that offer social media services.
Oversee marketing automation
Developing strategy to achieve business objectives through our marketing technology platforms.
