Agorapulse is a France based international Saas company providing a self-service social media management tool. We are an international team of 108 people, located in France, in the US and distributed over 12 countries. Since our inception, in late 2011, we’ve always invested heavily on our people and our company culture. Agorapulse is a “team first / people first” company. Since 2018, we’ve also been growing rapidly and we have to manage our growth.
Our CEO needs to focus on the development of the company and find more time for his teams.
His current Executive assistant is soon on maternity leave, therefore we are looking for an experienced person to replace her as soon as possible and until end of September 2021.Your responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendars,
- Research and gather all informations for executive needs,
- Prepare reports, presentations and data for the meetings,
- Maintain files, records and correspondence for meetings,
- Liaise with teams to prepare all weekly meetings’ agendas,
- Attend team meetings and take note actions items,
- Take minutes of the meetings and share them with teams,
- Manage business related tasks
- Filter inbox
- Organize virtuel events
- Set up customer discovery calls
